Dion and Mary at the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs

It was a beautiful day for a hike with the boys.

The red rocks and scenery are gorgeous in this donated park.

Uncle Dion helping the boys and me down from our rock exploration.

Cam and Brody loved hiking and climbing, especially Cam.

Cam was yelling "Mommy, come up." as I rested here, but it was a little too steep for both of us.

Meanwhile, Brody got a boost from Uncle Dion.

And Camden finally got "up."

An archway Robert and I found as we were exploring the rocks.

The Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center

Only four of these training centers exist. Two others are in California and the last one is in New York.

Wonder if the boys aspire to bobsled one day?

We found ourselves in the middle of the annual Denver PrideFest in Civic Center Park. Cam and Brody enjoyed listening to the band.

Coors Field with a whole bunch of men & women in red dresses. We found out it was the Third annual Red Dress 5K Run or Walk. All participants highly encouraged to wear red dresses; the more accessories the better — pearls, wigs, whatever their fancy. It benefits the Pro Bono Project.

The Rockies were in Toronto. We got a sneak peek at the park.

This is the MTV home inhabited by the Real World cast for a series filmed in summer 2006 and aired the winter/spring of 2006/2007.

This is the infamous sign shown during the Real World Show, but it looks like some letters are missing. It read "Denver."
