| First time in the Alaska snow - It was
up to Taylor's chest! |
| Hey - a moose! Turn around and smile
for us. |
| What's that moose eating anyway? |
| Taylor is "weed-eating" the
stairs |
| Look at all this snow in the back yard!
| There were at least twelve eagles to
view at one of their favorite hangouts around Eagle River. |
| Taylor and Uncle Robert went sledding
at -22 degrees. Wonder how cold it was with the "sledding wind chill." |
| Taylor and Beth before mushing with
the Alaska Snowdancers. It was -14 degrees! |
| These dogs get so excited to mush! And
they love the cold! |
| Taylor and Beth returning from their
8-mile Alaskan journey! |
| The snow in front of the house was just
a little bit taller than Taylor! |
| "So, what are you doing in the
morning?" |
| Taylor's "icegloo!" Even had
a hole in the roof for a slide! Aunt Polliann got STUCK trying to slide
through! |
| The Georgia troupers with Denali in
the background! |
| Well, ...when ya gotta go, ya gotta
go! Remember: Don't eat yellow snow! |
| We saw quite a few moose. These two
fellas were just off the road as we left Talkeetna. |
| Taylor and Aunt Polly took a HIKE! Taylor
could only walk on the trails. Otherwise, he would sink into the snow up
to his chest! |
| Standing ON Eagle River! We heard a
moose and saw snow machines riding up the river. |
| Taylor in the back yard! He looks like
he belongs in the snow! WHEEEEEEEEEE!!! |
| Taylor and Uncle Robert found a huge
rubber ducky at the Anchorage Museum. "Can we put this in the 'cuzzi?" |
| I think Taylor was quite surprised to
see the actual size of "Sue;" the travelling T. Rex from the Chicago
Field Museum. |
| We also met a sea otter, |
| another moose, and |
| a musk ox with PaPa! |
